Let's see if I can hold them off with an AR for starters.

(7:21) Level 2 ('Halo') on Heroic. Facing 34 covies again, here are a further three battles in the rockslide's far area, supported by eleven Marines. First some AR use, then sniping, and finally a needle blitz.

00:02 (Play 1 - Assault rifle) Tackling the mob with an AR tends to be quite a struggle, but I make some of my grenades count (including two Elite tags), and that's a significant help in getting me through. Around 2:27 I almost come unstuck when I venture forth to pick up some plasmas, but I manage to hold on to my last health bar.

03:18 (Play 2 - Sniper rifle) Using the sniper rifle makes for a much easier time of things, and the battle is soon over. Couple of double-hits along the way.

04:51 (Play 3 - Needler) This needler play has a nice start, both in terms of the drive and the subsequent ambush of some arriving covies. Another reason I chose it from among other plays, is the Elite tag around 5:58. Tricky throw, that was. At the end of the play, it woud've been nice if the Grunt had gone bang from my needle stream, but at least he goes down.

Closing remarks Okay, that's enough with this save for the time being. But don't be surprised if I wheel it out again later!
